To protect yourself, as a seller, from potential disputes when dealing with a new customer or supplier, we recommend that you take some precautions. For example, sellers should document exactly what is being shipped in order to head off unscrupulous buyers. In fact, taking photos or a video of you packing the shipment provides hard evidence if a dispute does arise. Also, make sure you keep record of the shipment, including the weight and size of the packaging. And buyers should do the same when returning goods to the supplier.
Documenting evidence of your actions will make it easy for the arbitrator to make the right call and rule in your favor. A little precaution will go a long way. Arbitration will be done by a reputable third party in less than 7 days. More details to follow.
